A Results-Driven Method

The six-week mental fitness program called Positive Intelligence or PQ program enables you to develop core mental fitness muscles. 

6 Week Program Outline

  • Video training sessions (60 min/week):  Published every Saturday in small segments so you can go at your own pace

  • Weekly Pod meeting (30 min/week) Debriefing your experience with others in the program

  • App-Guided mental exercises & Pod check-ins (15 min/day) – An amazing digital resource, helping build mental fitness habits and skills
